Watermark online submission process:
- You'll be able to upload all of your submission items in one place
- You can upload multiple items to support your entry but each file size is limited to 10 MB
- You'll create your own login in the new system so you'll be able to save your work in progress and revisit your submissions before finalizing them

Anyone who is a member of the Texas Section of the American Water Works Association or the Water Environment Association of Texas is eligible to enter.
About The Award
The Watermark Award for communications excellence recognizes TAWWA and WEAT members who have produced top quality communications. Effective internal and external communication is essential to a member’s ability to provide excellent service.
Today’s water resource professionals must communicate with a variety of audiences to achieve success. Through these awards, TAWWA and WEAT hope to heighten awareness among all water resource professionals about the importance of effective communication.

The Watermark Award for media excellence is designed to recognize Texas media who have raised the public’s level of understanding of water issues in Texas. Texas media have advanced community understanding and support for water resources significantly by interpreting issues affecting water in our state.

Water is a precious resource – our economic vitality and our very lives depend on a safe, adequate water supply. Yet many people don’t think about the issues that affect their water resources, or are influenced by inaccurate or incomplete information.
